What is mental health and factors that contribute?
According to the Brain and Behavior Foundation mental is defined as "a person's condition with regards to their psychological and emotional well-being." Mental health is determined by emotions, thinking, daily behavior, and human interaction. The factors that contribute to mental health difficulties are genetics, life experiences (trauma and abuse), and family history.
Resilience
People that are mentally resilient are able to bounce back after life hardships. Those that are mentally resilient have control over their emotions and have proper coping skills.
